Terms And Conditions

At PEMF Integrative Health, our goal is to provide a smooth, fair, and supportive experience for every client. Our policies are designed to respect your time, protect appointment availability, and help you stay consistent with your wellness routine for the best possible results.

Appointment And Cancellation Policy

We kindly ask that all appointment changes or cancellations be made with at least 24 hours’ notice whenever possible.

  • Appointments canceled with less than 12 hours’ notice, missed without notice, or rescheduled too late may result in the loss of that session credit
  • This policy allows us to offer availability to other clients who are actively trying to book sessions

We understand that unexpected situations can arise. As a courtesy:

  • One waived late cancellation per quarter is allowed for active clients and members
  • Beyond that, standard policies will apply

Late Arrivals And Missed Appointments

To ensure all clients receive the full benefit of their sessions, we recommend arriving on time.

  • Late arrivals may result in shortened sessions
  • In some cases, appointments may need to be rescheduled
  • Missed appointments without notice will be treated as a completed session and deducted accordingly

Session Responsibility

All sessions—whether purchased individually, as part of a package, or through a membership—are intended to be used consistently.

  • Clients are responsible for scheduling and using sessions within appropriate timeframes
  • Missed or late-canceled appointments may result in forfeited sessions

Refund Policy

We aim to keep our refund policy simple and transparent:

  • Completed sessions are non-refundable
  • Packages may be refunded within 7 days of purchase, provided no sessions have been used
  • Once any session from a package has been used, the package becomes non-refundable
  • Introductory offers, promotional packages, and special pricing are non-refundable once started

If you have any concerns about your purchase, please contact us within the 7-day window so we can assist you.

Membership Terms

  • All memberships are month-to-month and automatically renew every 30 days
  • Memberships are designed to support consistency and long-term results
  • To cancel, a 30-day written notice is required prior to the next billing cycle
  • During the notice period, clients retain full access to sessions and benefits

Session Rollover Policy

Unused sessions will roll over for one additional month only

Example:
 Unused sessions from April may be used through the end of May. After that, any remaining sessions will expire.

  • Performance Membership: sessions may roll over for up to two months

This policy allows flexibility while encouraging consistent use for optimal results.

Membership Freeze Option

We understand there may be times when you need to pause your membership:

  • Members may request a freeze for up to 30 days
  • One freeze per membership period
  • A small administrative fee may apply
  • Performance Members may receive this benefit at no cost

Freeze requests must be submitted in advance and cannot be applied retroactively.
